Duplicate Cards to Help Save Time
When you are going through and adding all the cards you will need for the template, it may be helpful to use the duplicate card function. Often templates contain multiples of the same roles. For example, Child 1 and Child 2 or Defendant 1 and Defendant 2. These multiple cards often contain the same or similar fields.
With the duplicate card function you can easily copy a card and rename it so you don't have to recreate the card and add all the fields again. For example in a will, you could duplicate the card for Child 1 (which contains fields for full name, date of birth and pronoun) rename it Child 2 without having to add the same fields again.
How to Duplicate Cards
To duplicate a card, place your cursor over the card name you will see the "Duplicate Card" button appear between the "Edit Card" and "Delete Card" buttons. You will be prompted to give the new duplicate card a label.
