Your first assignment is to create a model template to help them with the drafting of their frequently single-member Delaware limited liability company ("LLC") agreement. You are provided with a copy of a sample LLC Agreement that they proudly previously drafted for a famous client.

Try to turn the sample LLC Agreement into a model template. Before you get started with the set up, remember to first prep the template and identify all the fields and cards you will want to use.
