We try to not use a lot of jargon but the glossary below includes some the words and phrases you will hear us use during this course.
Platform: Accessed through www.lawyaw.com and where you spend the majority of your time generating documents and document sets.
Template Builder: Lives inside of Microsoft Word and where you will create and edit master templates.
Model templates: Fillable, rule-based templates built using your own Microsoft Word documents.
Fields: The specific and discrete pieces of information that change in a template from matter to matter.
Cards: The organizational structure used by Lawyaw to group fields together.
Journey: The closed universe of fields that are needed to turn a model template into a completed document as presented through the Lawyaw Platform when generating documents.
